Diversity in all its forms on Australian listed boards has been ruled-out (again)

The new ASX Corporate Governance Principles Advisory Committee has wasted no time in ruling out any consideration of diversity beyond gender on listed boards in Australia. After a particularly polarised media debate for the previous drfat principles this decision was quietly made with no fan-fare. ALBEI believes that we need to again advocate and lobby for this important principle.
