ALBEI is a charity led by LGBTQ+ directors and executives. We research board diversity, make the case for change and bring senior LGBTQ+ leaders together, so Australia's boards and executive teams can draw on all of their talent.

Why ALBEI exists
Talented LGBTQ+ executives and directors are being overlooked, and boards are missing their experience, skills and perspective. We think Australia can do better.
We're not calling for targets. We're calling for more inclusive board recruitment and more effort to reach the pool of qualified, board-ready LGBTQ+ people.
