As part of a board which I (Mark Baxter) have recently joined we are also seeking expressions of interest for an experienced non‑executive director to join the board of the Australian subsidiary of a fast‑growing global fintech focused on real‑time, cross‑border payments.

This role will be appointed to the Australian board as Chair of the Audit Committee, working alongside me as Chair of the Risk Committee to strengthen financial oversight, support APRA‑facing prudential obligations and help scale a modern payments platform that combines strong governance with innovative infrastructure.

You will bring board‑level audit and/or risk committee experience in financial services, comfort engaging with regulators, and an interest in how modern payments infrastructure can support inclusive, efficient and resilient financial systems.
