To be a better board you need more diversity - the ALBEI Board Diversity Submission to the ASX Corporate Governance Council

With 91% of directors on the ASX300 in Australia in 2024 being of Anglo Celtic background and the representation of other forms of diversity being stubbornly low, ALBEI is committed to Boards embracing diversity in all its forms. We only have 4 LGBTQ+ Directors who are openly LGBTQ+ in their company literature. Diverse boards are better boards - for shareholders, for society and for decision making.
