Building a pipeline of board-ready executives

We believe that there are amazing board-ready LGBTQ+ executives out there - who are unable to secure a non-executive director role on boards.  The needs to be the development of a community of LGBTQ+ executives who are board-ready.  

 

ALBEI are keen to engage existing LGBTQ+ directors and executives in this initiative, as well as the AICD, executive search firms and board nominations committees.
